LOVCIA Returns & Refunds Policy
At LOVCIA, we take pride in offering jewellery that is thoughtfully designed and crafted to the highest standards of quality. Your satisfaction is important to us, and this policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for our products.
UK & EU Customers
We follow UK and EU consumer protection laws while ensuring the safety, quality, and integrity of our jewellery.
Non-Returnable Items due to Hygiene & Safety
For reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to accept returns on the following categories once opened, unless faulty:
- Earrings and ear studs
- Nose rings, studs, and other body jewellery (including belly, eyebrow, lip, and tongue jewellery)
- Piercing-related jewellery sets
- Hair accessories such as tiaras, hairpins, and clips
- Jewellery cleaning and care products once unsealed
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Many of our jewellery pieces are created or sourced specifically for each customer order. These are considered made-to-order and are non-returnable unless faulty. If an item is eligible for return, this will be clearly noted on the product page.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting care@lovcia.com. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
Approved returns for faulty or damaged products will be processed promptly, and LOVCIA will cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected, usually within 10 business days of receipt. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
International Customers (Outside UK & EU)
For customers outside the UK and EU, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or other reasons. Refunds or replacements are offered only for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed items.
Please contact care@lovcia.com within 7 days of receipt if your item arrives faulty or damaged. Clear photos or video evidence must be provided, and our team will review and confirm next steps.
Final Sale on Used or Altered Products
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been worn, used, altered, or returned without original packaging and tags.
Customer Responsibility
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and materials before placing an order. This ensures that you select the right piece for your needs. LOVCIA is not responsible for returns related to incorrect choices made at checkout, or delays caused by incorrect delivery information.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (including customs clearance or courier disruptions). These delays do not qualify for a refund unless the order is unreasonably delayed due to reasons within our control.
Changes to This Policy
LOVCIA reserves the right to update or amend this Returns & Refunds Policy in line with business practices or changes to law. Updates will be posted on this page, and we encourage customers to review it periodically.
