Extraordinary Circumstances
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to stock limitations, system errors, or issues identified by our financial security team. If an order is canceled after payment has been made, we will reverse the amount to your LOVCIA account. Upon request, this amount can be refunded to your original payment method.
