Shipping Charges - International (Outside US): Shipping prices may vary depending on the destination and weight of your parcel. Our product prices do not include custom duty and local taxes. Duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. We are unable to advise the duty amount.

Combo Orders: In case of combo orders with multiple items with different delivery timelines, we'll ship them separately or together depending upon the best delivery options available to ensure timely delivery.

Order Return

In case of any breakage/damage of the product during transit, or any manufacturing defect in the product, please email care@lovcia.com within 24 hours so that we can ensure appropriate measures for replacement.
