Shipment Tracking: We will keep you updated on the status of your shipment throughout the delivery process. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep track of your shipment. Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched — usually within 3–4 business days after processing. Addressing Unforeseen Circumstances: Every product undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our exceptional standards. In rare cases of quality control issues, high demand, or holiday shipping delays, delivery may extend by up to an additional 7 days beyond the standard delivery timeline. Cancellation Process

Cancellation for UK & EU Orders: Customers will have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases.

Cancellation for International Orders (Outside UK & EU): Returns and exchanges are not supported if you have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please refer to 'Delivery and Return' for full details about the cancellation and return policy.

Order Return

Order Returns for UK & EU Orders: Return requests for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products must be raised within 14 calendar days of delivery. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or valid proof of return). Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless due to our shipping error, damaged product, or if clearly specified otherwise on the product page.

Order Returns for International Orders (Outside UK & EU): Returns are not accepted except in cases of damage, defect, or order errors on our part. In case of any breakage/damage of the product during transit, or any manufacturing defect in the product, please email care@lovcia.com within 24 hours so that we can ensure appropriate measures for replacement. Any such reporting after 24 hours does not fall under the Return Policy. Please refer to our 'Delivery And Return' policy page for more details.
